Bulldozer is one of the most vital mineral and road construction machines and is its widely used in civil engineering projects.
All Bulldozers are of chain wheel type. In designing these machineries, blade in the front part is designed in a way that enables it to change angle to both sides and adjust height upwards and downwards which this adjustment is much limited compared to loaders but the way blade in front of machine is sat considering its reliance on steel arch which is positioned exactly behind blade and in front of device and the way jacks are positioned behind blade has much power in order to scrape, cut and depot materials (e.g. sand, gravel, rock and etc.). In the rear, reapers are set which by having strong hydraulic jack its able to change height and with this ability, these reapers are used for breaking, pulling rocks out of Earth surface in order to plow and leveling surfaces.
Although Bulldozers doesn’t have steering wheel, this machine’s maneuver and movement which is placed beneath the machine and consists of two track chains (rails), is much harder than Loaders. In order to turn the machine and direction change, operator uses two levers to change or hinder of a track chain’s movement to other one in other side which causes direction change to sides or complete rotation. In new Bulldozers, in addition to aforesaid options, considering two axles of track chains to be completely separated, in order to change direction or turn, if track chains move in each other contrast, it will turn the machine in situ. Bulldozers of a chain wheels and in these machines design in the front, blades are designed in a way that enables them to change angles to sides and change height upwards and downwards.
It is used for pulling rocks out of ground in order to pow surface and level grounds.
